30-DAY RETURN POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and unworn

All original tags must be attached

The item must be in its original packaging

You must provide proof of purchase and your order number
If an item has been used, damaged by the customer, or has had its tags removed, the return will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Failure to include “REFUND” in the subject line may delay the processing of your request.

RETURN PACKAGING REQUIREMENTS
When sending your item back, you must include a physical note inside the package that contains:

Any additional information that may help us process your refund efficiently
Returns received without this information inside the package may result in delays in processing.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
We do not provide prepaid return labels unless the item is confirmed as faulty or incorrect.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
DAMAGED, FAULTY, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon delivery.

We will assess the issue and provide a suitable resolution if approved.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns for:

Personalised or custom-made products, unless damaged or incorrectly manufactured

Sale items

Gift cards

Perishable goods, such as food, flowers, or plants

Personal care goods

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Personalised items are strictly non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or contain a manufacturing error.
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before purchasing.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return your original item, subject to approval, and place a new order separately.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact us as soon as possible by emailing Topgearplates@gmail.com with your full name and order number.
BESPOKE / CUSTOM-MADE ORDERS
If you cancel a bespoke or custom-made order after it has already been processed or production has started, you will not be eligible for a refund.
This includes, but is not limited to:

Custom surrounds

Business logo plates
-
Personalised number plates
-
Any product made or altered specifically to your request
Once production has started, materials, time, and labour may already have been used, so the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
STANDARD / NON-BESPOKE ORDERS
If you wish to cancel a standard order that is not bespoke or personalised, please email us as soon as possible.
If your order has not yet been dispatched or processed, we will cancel the order and issue a refund within 48 hours.
Please note that once the refund has been issued, it may take up to 7 working days to appear in your bank account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and you will need to follow our normal returns process.
EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
However:

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
Personalised or custom-made items are exempt from the 14-day cancellation right unless faulty.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Inspection and approval may take approximately 14–20 business days.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund after it has been issued.
